Marketing and Money Series: Strategically Linking Your Marketing to Success in Today's Works of Social Media
Thursday, April 29, 2010 from 3pm - 4:30pm

When developing new products and services, healthcare professionals must have a comprehensive understanding of their consumers – their needs, value and communication preferences.  A well thought out marketing strategy is vital to the success of the organization.  Social media may be an opportunity to best position your organization for success.

What is your marketing plan for the electronic media world?
What are the myths and truths about social media?
What are the costs?
Should you be adding FTE’s?
What type of discussions do you need in preparation for a social network?
What are the legal issues?
Do you have policies to protect your organization?
What is the best use of technology to advance your system?
Have you ever read the book, Ground Swell by Josh Bernoff and Charlotte Li?
